Don,t know if it would. For my use,- it replaced a MARKSMAN non-dry-refill (Made in Germany).

The entire refill is round, including that short shoulder.

Is this fit with nina ricci pen

Not too sure. When on Amazon site for Nina Ricci pen and refills, it says Schmidt 888 refills do the job. Problem is so many styles of pens. Sorry I couldn't be clearer.

Will I be able to fit the small spring into the top of these refills
