Definitely puts me in a deep sleep, but damn do I feel like a zombie the next day. So take the good with the bad. I only take half and it knocks me out.

Wasn’t sure it would work but I took one pill (doesn’t have the best taste) and it kicked in about 40 min later I started feeling tired so I did go to sleep and I ended up waking in the middle of the night like usual but I was pretty tired so I ended up going back to sleep so imo definitely works

Same side effects as other otc sleep aid
It is somehow effective. But I have a tried a few other otc sleep aids They are more like helping to sleep longer instead of helping you to fall asleep This is one of them and the side effects are similar as well. It makes you feel like you have no energy to lift your arms on the next day. Almost feel like paralyzed… I only take half pill each time, and that’s going to keep me extremely tired on the next day.
