I purchased a MiBoxer lighting controller based on the advertised features and compatibility, but the product failed to perform as expected — even when used with a high-end OSRAM power supply that exceeds all stated requirements. After encountering major functionality issues, I reached out to MiBoxer technical support hoping for a reasonable resolution. What I received instead was a string of dismissive, copy-paste responses, culminating in their refusal to assist further unless I spent more money on additional components — purely to test if the problem might go away. At no point was any fault admitted, and no real technical support was provided. Worse still, the company attempted to deflect responsibility onto a third-party distributor, despite the issue clearly being with MiBoxer’s own product design or poor documentation. There is zero mention in their documentation or listings that only certain power supplies are compatible. This is either a serious oversight or deliberate misrepresentation. If your time and money matter to you, I strongly advise avoiding this brand. Poor product reliability, misleading specifications, and truly awful customer service make this one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a hardware manufacturer. I’ll be avoiding all MiBoxer products going forward, and I suggest you do the same.

Temperamental in operation and tricky to use. Also seems to eat through batteries.

Ça ne veut pas se connecter à mon réseau wifi... Donc je vais le retourner puisque je ne trouve aucun tuto sur youtube avec ce modèle. L'explication écrite dans la boîte est dans un français approximatif et ça ne marche toujours pas . J'ai essayé tant bien que mal pendant 2h sans succès j'abandonne

Super facile à installer et le contrôle a distance est très bien.

Montaje sencillo, buen rendimiento y materiales aceptables. La bateria del controlador dura bastante tiempo, lleva 1 año montado con uso diario y sigue respondiendo correctamente.

J'ai acheté la module WL-1, la passerelle WiFi et 2 stripcontroller FUT038. Installation module WiFi simple et conforme notice, mais impossible de ajouter les controllers dans le app. On parle d’appuyer sur bouton set. Il n'y a pas. Commentaire du vendeur avant de tout renvoyer ? Merci
