OPI Infinite Shine 2 Long-Wear Lacquer, Purple Long-Lasting Nail Polish, 0.5 fl oz

This is a great dark purple red color from OPI. My manicure last for a week thru work and a couple of house cleanings. I used basecoat, 2 coats polish, and one coat top coat.

This goes on very nicely, good color saturation (both the crackle glaze is pigmented, as well as containing turquoise glitter).Its not a true blue, but not exactly turquoise either, but more turquoisey than teal or blue.Thickness of application dictates how thick and how many cracks will appear. Thin coats crack a lot, but very fine cracks and may not saturate well over the base color, so one medium to medium-heavy coat and at least 5 minutes of drying time gives good results.

Description is wrong. It's not purple, it's blood red.

I love OPI shatter, and this shade in turquois is one of my favorites! It is so summery and shimmery. I get tons of compliments when I wear it. I think OPI is one of the best shatter/crackle polishes out there (and I own about 2 dozen)! The brush is larger and covers more area, which is optimal when you're trying to paint the one coat of this crackle on your nail before it dries.

I love the color of this Turquoise Shatter polish. I wear it over lots of bright or dark colors. It is a fun shatter color to have. You could go Black under and Turquoise over which looks great. Or you could be darring and do Bright Flat Yellow under and the Blue on top. That looks great too.

Not sure what happened to my favorite nail polish brand OPI, the colors are great, longevity....not so much!

This polish is designed to go over another colour and have a crackled pattern similar to the one on the bottle cap. If you put it directly on bare nails it will stain and damage them. You might want to take the bottle to a nail salon and have a professional apply it with the proper prep, for best results.
