I ordered this tea because my supply was only producing 2 Oz at a time. I did my research and looked at other products and this had the best reviews overall. The smell of the Chai tea is so good! Just taking a whiff makes me smile. I like that I don't have to add sugar. When I did it tasted even better but honestly I prefer not to use sugar because it doesn't taste bad without it. Ever since I started drinking the tea I have doubled my supply. I don't make less than 4 Oz at a time. So amazing! I'm so glad and grateful for this tea! Yes, it is pricey for the amount of tea. Because of this I don't drink it everyday. I noticed that I don't need to drink it daily because my supply stays the same after I drink a cup. I drink a cup of tea 1-3 times a week and it has been working. I recommend trying it, I know how frustrating it can be to try upping your milk supply.

First off, let me start by saying I don't ever write reviews, but this was so good that I just had to!! This is by far the most delicious tasting tea(let alone lactation tea) I've ever had! I ordered the Chai and it is AH.MAY.ZING! No licorice taste at all, super smooth and "zen" if you will. Secondly, I struggle with a huge under supply. I'm a full time working mom on night shift and have tried every golactogogue out there. I do not respond well to pumping, and I was down to about 3-4 oz per pump(total from both sides), every 4 hrs. 5 ONLY if work was busy and kept me over my pumping schedule. I was seriously looking st supplements and powders and pills, etc. and really didn't want to go down that road. I was eating lactation cookoes(and there for way too much sugar) like crazy, plus MM Tea 3 times a day... This tea changed that!! Within 48 hrs, I saw an increase. Now, after about a week or so, I pump minimum 5oz but usually more, sometimes up to 7 without going hugely over my 4hr window. And thirdly, the purity of this tea is quite obvious in how it steeps. The mesh tea bag and the ability to steep these bags twice and still retain a delicious flavor, is awesome. I drink this twice a day almost without fail so being able to reuse the teabag is a huge perk and makes it an even better buy. Thank you, Oat Mama, I will be buying this tea and only this tea for the rest of my breastfeeding journey. ♡♡♡

I started to feel like I wasn’t producing enough and started to look for something to help. I took my time to read a few reviews and the only con I read was that it was pricey. Honestly I’ve had two tea bags and have been able to use it a whole day to refill my water bottle so a little bag goes a long way. And of course it is working! I haven’t pumped because I just latch my baby but I’m excited to see how much more I’m producing with this. I can definitely feel the difference forsure. I say buy it !!! The flavor is also good and refreshing.

Tastes good, and seemed to help me with my just enough supply, but I can’t do it multiple times a day or even every day due to the digestive discomfort it seems to cause.

Beware, this tea contains fenugreek which can reduce milk supply in some mothers (affecting thyroid). I am one of those mothers now in full panic mode to regain supply. The tea itself tastes great. I had one cup for two nights and really enjoyed the flavor. I’m sad I won’t be able to finish this.

I absolutely love chai tea and I can almost never find decaffeinated so that is a huge plus for this tea. I also have noticed an increase in my milk suppl Since I have began to drink it about 4 days ago. I will definitely be keeping a bag of this moving forward.

I make a cup every morning and add coconut milk. It's not only delicious, but, I can tell the difference in my supply if I don't have a cup. I believe it does help me keep up production. Also, I double brew- after steeping, I keep the bag refrigerated in a little container and when I'm up to 2 bags I use those for another cup...makes the pack go a bit longer because it is expensive for only 14 bags.

Great flavor and seems like quality ingredients. A lot of times lactation teas don't taste the best but this was delightful and refreshing.
