While they don't come in a case it would be easy to make a wooden holder.I've used these for a couple of weeks and they seem to be ok with softwood, hardwood ply and 3mm acrylic sheet. I do feel however that after only a few uses they have become slightly dull but they are still very useable. With pine I'm getting some slight tearout but have had no problems with hardwood ply or acrylic. There has been no wood burning with these bits using my Bosch cordless drill. I think if these were used on metal after a while they would become too dull to use. For my use they work fine and for the price I think they are good value for money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Great Kit, amazing value, but needs a case. *by M***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 21 October 2018* Bought to use the 2 or 3 smaller sizes to deep countersink screw heads into skirtings and floorboards so they can be concealed with filler. Work a treat; be careful - they cut fast at slow speed (18V combi drill) with only light pressure in ply and oak. Side-tracked by having to re-hang an old door where, long ago, over-size screws were used and the hinges were deep recessed to reduce the effect of the proud screw heads. Enlarging the countersinks in the hinges with the 10mm bit allows the heads of new, longer, screws to sit flush.The bits cut beautiful clean countersinks quickly and easily with no chatter (at low speed) and the two I've used show no sign of wear or losing their edge. Came in a plastic bag inside a padded envelope - I'd have happily paid a few pounds more for a set in robust case with a custom interior (plastic foam); even a basic thermoformed pack would be better than nothing. I saw the same thing in a tin case but was put off by the crude design and bad reviews of the case.A dimensioned photo in the product details is always helpful - especially if you need to make your own case.
