Highly recommend.
I use several Bach Remedies for myself and my aging dog. They all work well. This one is good for pain relief, which in turn aids sleep. Not bad tasting. Small dose is effective. No side effects noted and it’s priced well. I’d definitely recommend looking at their various products as alternatives to pharmaceuticals.

Giving my toddler confidence
I bought this for my toddler who tends to bite his nails and be shy in certain situations. I feel like it has helped with his confidence! He's blossomed since giving it to him and has been talking a lot more/getting out of his shell.
