The socks are well fitting and as described. Yet to try them out.

Just what I ordered

These socks were not as thick as I thought they would be. They were also tight on my narrow feet and small calves. That said, they were fairly warm considering they were not very thick. The worst thing is that there was a hole in the ankle area of one of the socks. Too much trouble to return...I might have considered buying them again if there had not been a hole in one.

First-time skier and these were excellent. My shins never hurt at all, and my feet stayed warm and dry the entire day. The fit was supportive but not too tight, nothing like the compression socks I wear for work that cut off circulation. Super comfortable and made a bigger difference than I expected. Would definitely buy again.
