Beautiful bracelet. Very pleased. But does come up quite small.

The chain constantly broke, I kept re-attaching it, but it kept coming off. The band itself is good quality as others have said is extremely small more suited to a child sized wrist (my partner has very small wrists so it's a good fit on her) , and the heart hanging from the chain is a lovely look. If only the links to the chain part had been better stronger quality it would of definitely had full stars from me.

I ordered an engraved bracelet a while back. It arrived promptly and exactly as requested. Loved the look and feel of it but after just 3-4 days I got the chain caught on a jumper, when taking it off, and it unfortunately broke.I contacted the company who quickly sent me a replacement. I've worn this ever since without problem, just being a bit mindful if taking extra layers on and off.Very happy with it.4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the product (4 not 5 because of it's slight vulnerability)5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ customer service

It was narrow and you struggle to see what you have engraved as the writing is tiny. Very disappointed.

I had a baby girl this year and bought gifts for everyone for Christmas but struggled to find a gift for my 14 year old niece, that until I found this bracket and had it engraved for her from her baby cousin, she loved it and hasn’t taken it off since she got it! It was beautiful and something she can keep and see how special and important she is. Thank you!

I loved product. Engraving very clear. Was gift for baby but when I got it, it would fit older intioadulthood which is great. As a family business I applaud you-product is really good and not costly. Will definitely biy again. Definitely recommend.
