Run a little big
Color is exact. Very good quality shoes but run about a half size too big on me. A little stiff not a soft leather but seem to be real leather. Zippers were fine. Very comfortable and very fashionable!

These ankle boots are exactly what I was looking for. They have a soft velvet shell with a stylish diamond stitching and a strong, durable zipper. The sizing was perfect, and they have a comfortably fitted feel with a cushioned insole and a slip-resistant sole. Cute style, but very slim fit
These are a slim fit and I can't wear regular socks with them. I had to wear either trouser socks (pantyhose type material) or thin socks. It was a little hard to get my feet inside. The boots felt comfortable once on, but there wasn't extra room. The side zipper and quilted back look stylish. I just wanted more space in my boots, so I returned them.

Cute but slippery
Cute! Super slippery on wet surfaces, snow or ice or would give them a 5! Won't be able to wear this winter as planned!

Product not true to size, too large.
Product quality excellent. Much larger, not true to size. Well constructed however. I will request return today. Style very attractive however very large at ankle, slips around rather than fit. Will look for more products from this manufacturer. Many thanks......

Can’t take them off-so comfy!
These ankle boots are my absolute favorite and the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. They fit perfectly, feel amazing all day, and go with everything.

slippery and terrible material
These boots are extremely slippery and unsafe. I wore them only once to go to the grocery store and almost fell twice, even though there was no snow or ice on the ground. This is a serious safety issue, and in my opinion, these boots should not be sold. In addition, after this very short use, they got scratches easily and when I tried to clean them, the paint came off, showing very poor material quality. For these reasons, I am returning the item.
