Originally the first tea pot that was sent had a small chip in the paint but they sent me a replacement very fast and free of charge. Very good customer satisfaction! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value *by A***R on 25 May 2018* Beautiful set. Bought as a gift ### ⭐ smashed teaset on arrival *by R***T on 18 October 2018* the teaset was wrapped in individual parcels but the spout was smashed on opening it as was the milk jug and another parcel which i think held the saucers was all wrapped but felt and sounded like a clay jigsaw piece. i hope they replace it as i was unable to open it within the time period. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/50248555-gold-series-15-piece-porcelain-tea-and-coffee-service-set](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/50248555-gold-series-15-piece-porcelain-tea-and-coffee-service-set) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
