Does this mat perform well on carpet? Is it okay for sweaty hands on down dog? Thank you!! 🙏🏼

I'm sorry I can't help you on either point, as I do yoga on a wood floor and my hands don't sweat. Really sorry. I hope you hear from.someone who can help.

Hi, is it good and non slippery for hot yoga as well ?

It is OK - a good yoga mat for travelling. Foldable but not thick. Fairly anti slip but id recommend LULU lemon or Manuka mats for hot yoga over this.
