I've ordered loads of different covers over the years. And this is the best one by far. So easy to put on and when water gets on top of the cover it the holes make life so much easier. Definitely recommend

Bought to replace last year's fast set version, I'm hoping that this one will last longer than the two summers that they do. At more than twice the price it had better! Needs 2 people to assemble. The last T-piece is a bitch to fit, lol. Doesn't come with a cover and the old 8ft cover (for the fast set) was too small. I couldn't get an 8ft cover except for the fast set pool, so I had to buy a 10ft one instead. I clamp it on, allowing a bit of slack, with those giant clips used to attach towels to sunbeds and that works fine. Also, because the holes in the cover are on the outside of the pool, there isn't any evaporation and the crud doesn't get in that way either. Have to be prepared to bale it out though after heaving rain, as the rainwater gatherers on top. Definitely bigger pool inside, as it doesn't have the ring and sloping sides of the fast set type. However, takes around 400 litres less water as it's slightly shallower. Still perfectly deep enough so that when sitting down with my legs out in front of me, the water nearly comes up to my armpits (I'm 5ft 2in). We put it up mid-May and leave it up until mid to end September, so I have to dose it with chemicals. The blue cheque has faded from most of the bottom, I assume because of the chlorine. Strangely enough he pattern's unaffected round the sides. Time will tell if it was worth the extra expense.

We have an Intex round 10ft metal frame pool, so this should fit and provide a cover to keep out bugs and leaves. But it doesn't. It fits, but sags in the middle. The position of the drainage holes are too high on the edge, meaning water pools in the centre and weighs it down and we're sure this is why we found it at the bottom of the pool on one occasion. It's also impossible to pull tight enough to make the cover taut over the pool (like a drum skin). This is because when you pull on the cords with any effort, the cord holes in the material begin to tear and cut through the fabric. It feels like a toggle or something would have been useful to help pull and secure the cover as well as reinforcing the material. As other reviews have said, this means that it's easy for the cover to blow off with even relatively light wind. Its certainly stretchy enough and generally the material seems fine (apart for the cord holes) but just let down by a really poor way to secure it to the pool. It's like they forgot or couldn't be bothered with that bit at the design stage. We bought this cover to replace a solar cover which floats on the water. We went for this because it was much cheaper, but it now seems like a waste of money. We'll persevere until the new solar cover arrives then this will have to go in the bin.

This is my 2nd cover by Intex, the 1st lasted a year before the stitching came apart and the material became brittle so ended up tearing, so not that durable. 'Dark' means blue not black as shown in the advertised photo, the other reviewers photos are more accurate. There is some solar gain, not as much warmth as it would be with a black cover though. The cover is a good secure fit for the Intex 3.05m diameter frame pool. The location of the drain holes are not that good as there is no central drain point and the cover always ends up sitting on the water surface & eventually sinking under the weight of rainfall, further stretching the seams. A lightweight football and some string under the cover helps with this. All in all this is a reasonable cover but could be better...

Was a bit unsure about quality after reading previous reviews but it was a great price so I gave it a go and it is fantastic! Its thick, strong, good quality.... it's an intex brand one and my pool is a 305cm/ 10 ft/ 76cm high framed pool by summer waves .the cover that come with our pool wasnt great so we used it as a ground sheet , this new cover is completely different material, it fits perfectly over our 10ft pool , its secure with a good size edge all the way round, was very easy to put on and it dont rest on the water.... underneath I have a solor cover which is like a floating bubble wrap which I use alone to heat the pool in the day , but this top ones great for keeping the leaves from the trees off over night .... would definitely recomend

It's okay, but the previous one I had didn't have holes in the middle, so now water comes through on top when the pool is filled. It's okay short-term, but cause we've had a fair bit of rain, I have to keep taking it off and resetting.

Like many of you, I read through reviews to see if this pool cover was worth buying. We have the 10' Summer Waves pop up pool and it works perfectly. Some advice to help the cover work perfectly:1.) Buy industrial strength velcro!!! I purchased the brand Stronghold in the 2" and it worked great.2.) Place the cover over the pool where you want it to stay in place.2.) Put 1 piece of velcro on the poles facing out (you don't have to put it on every pole, but for more stability you can).3.) The matching piece of velcro will go on the INSIDE of the cover.* Make sure you place the velcro on the pole LOW enough so the cover will be tight on the pool.* To help water from pooling in the center, we kept floaties with a beach ball in the center to give the cover some height from underneath.* Don't pull too hard on the cover, it definitely isn't super durable, and when it's in the sun, it will stretch, maybe ripping it accidentally. Be careful...Hope this helps!!! Definitely a good cover, but the string to tie it securely around the perimeter of the pool will not be enough.

Awesome cover

This is a great cover. Very heavy duty. The Coleman pool I bought has a cover that is way to small to fit on the pool. This one covers easily and has a great rope to secure it tight. The clips are great, but my pool legs are too big around for them.
