If i plug this into the usb in my car, and put it in the passenger side, will it conflict with the other steering,pedal and gears?

No mate it's like the car seat an steering wheel Maggie has in the Simpsons however if you hook it up to a steering wheel and pedals to an Xbox PlayStation or pc then you can feel like you own a car.

Can you adjust the angle of the pedals?

Hi Joshua C, I'm Gavin or GavinBurkeUK in online racing. I personally haven't found how to adjust the pedal height or angles, I believe the pedal plate is welded and fixed in one position. Not a problem however, try lowering your racing seat and tweak the GT Omega Steering Wheel Stand again by lowering. This will in turn feel like the pedals are at a different height and angle. Another suggestion is to remove your pedals from the plate and make up some measured wooden blocks, drill out the holes on the blocks, then replace with longer bolts. Careful not to use bolts over length, as this will result by going too far into your pedals and cracking the plastic casing. is there anything to keep the stand fixed to floor when using?

There are 4 rubber non slip style pads on the bottom which seem to hold it in place; even on a wooden floor. The stand is also rather weighty, especially with the pedals and wheel so it doesn't move much if at all when used.
