Original faucet on our gravity filter, leaked and was so flimsy. This faucet is high quality and works very well.

It works fine and hopefully lasts . So far so good

I really like the quality of this valve. Easy to install and never leaks. It’s completely metal unlike some plastic models that tend to wear, leak or fall apart after some use.

I have only been using this product for 5 months and the item has already started leaking from spout. I tried tightening it up without any luck. I had assumed that since it was stainless steel that it would last longer than the plastic spigots, but that wasn’t the case. Disappointing.

Very easy to replace the old spout with zero drips or leaks!

My old Berky spiggot leaked. This was a replacement and it works perfectly.

Very easy to install, and the quality appears to be good. My only complaint is that the red indicator ball sinks like a rock. I'll remove it at my first scheduled cleaning. I can of course see the water level in the glass, but the "floating" red indicator ball was one of the reasons why I chose this product.
