I purchased these knee braces under the advice and guidance of my physical therapist back in 2023. Wearing these my knees have solid support. These braces have kept me on the court and in the game. I have confidence in myself.Due to the amount of use, I have purchased multiple races. On my latest purchase, I reached out to NEENCA with a question and concerns. Cursomer service is amazing. First message was sent on a Wednesday. I had a response on Wednesday. I had a replacement item in my hands on Sunday. AMAZING!NEENCA was very easy to work with. Amazing support along with a quality product. Now I am back to the courts.

It fits well and provides excellent support. I have used an adequate but simpler device for years. They were tired and needed to be replaced. This item looked like it would work well and I wanted to try it. Using a cloth measuring tape found that I was in the large size; so ordered. In general it fits fine but the top strap like strip is tight which makes it feel a bit tight on the top area but in general the device seems to fit perfectly. I have worn it about four or five times now for several hours and it feels ok. It certainly stays in place very well. The old ones that I have been using walked down my leg continuously and had to be pulled up often so it is a bit of discomfort but a major improvement in function.

This brace feels comfortable at 1st, but as I move, it slides down. I ordered 2 more of these in different sizes, & the same thing happens with sliding down. They are also too bulky to wear under jeans. The great thing is that after wearing them for a few days, my knees actually strengthened, & are okay again! So I do recommend them, but realize that they slide & don't fit under jeans. I'm very thankful for this product & the company.

Works great for managing lateral knee movement. A semi-botched knee replacement left me with some ligament damage that led to moderate lateral knee movement while walking. This product is my answer to eliminating the pain and staving off another replacement for what I hope will be for a long time. It's comfortable and has held up well to weekly use for several years now. Hint: put on a good quality slip-on knee brace first then pull-on this product.

I purchased this based on the size chart, but ended up needing to size down multiple times (went from XL → L → M) to get the snug fit I was looking for. Once I found the right size, I really liked the overall compression—especially the ability to strap the thighs and calves. It feels secure and adjustable where it matters.However, the knee support itself is still too loose and doesn’t provide the stability I need. That’s the main downside for me. If there were adjustable wraps or straps specifically around the knee area, this would be a much better product.Long-term wear was okay overall, but I had to strap it very tight to try to get the support I was looking for. That ended up making the area around my leg red and, after a while, a bit irritating.Overall, it’s comfortable and well-designed in most areas, but if you’re buying it primarily for knee support, it may fall short.

I am 84, retired and live in Fla and play lots of golf. Have had knee aches for many years. I have tried MANY different products over the years and have been happy with many of them. The ones I have liked the most are those with the metal support on each side of the knee like this one. It is slightly more expensive, but the fit and the way the velcro straps keeps them in place is the best one I have ever used. Have had them for over 2 months now and it really helps with the knee aches. I still ice the knee... along with many other parts of my body ( :o)) ) ...after I am done golfing.I believe you will be happy with this product if you purchase it. As always, Amazon has a great return policy if you don't. You have nothing to lose so give it a try.

I have a sprained MCL and tried a number of other braces to stabilize my knee while playing softball. A teammate lent me his NEENCA brace that his doctor recommended, and it worked amazingly well. Right after the game, I made the purchase through Amazon. It came the next day and fit perfectly. The medium size was right for me. I am 6'3 and 185 lbs.

the knee brace works very well and provides a great support. I use it for jogging. Very important to take the dimensions for ordering. I took my dimensions, and it was borderline between Sizes Small and Medium. Ordered Medium and with a short time of use I realized it was a little loose. Contacted Customer support and explained what I was observing. They immediately send me a small size to make sure I was satisfied, and it worked perfect. I thank for the CS from NEENCA , they strived to make sure I was satisfied as a customer.Thank you. It is a great product and a lot less than other hinged braces.

This brace is hands down the best brace I've ever purchased from Amazon. I been dealing with patella dislocation for many years and have tried many different braces. A couple of different brands just didn't offer good support and my patella still dislocated while I was wearing the brace.The biggest problem with knee braces is that many of them are held in place with Velcro straps and in a very short time the straps lose their stickiness and can no longer be used. Other braces that don't have straps tend to loosen up and slide down. I had to repurchase the brace I used to use every 3 months because after 3 months the straps would no longer adhere to the velcro and the brace itself had lost it's shape and elasticity. The only reason I kept ordering that brace was because the support was good when the brace was relatively new.I've been using the same Neenca brace for over a year now and it still fits as well today as it did the day it arrived. There are no straps so no issues with velcro. I just pull it on and it stays firmly in place all day no matter what I'm doing. I never have to pull it up or adjust it. The support is excellent due to the stabilizers and the length of the brace.The only con to this brace is that it offers so much support and does so much of the work that if you wear it for long periods of time you will see your own natural muscles start to atrophy. My patella dislocates so easily that I can just be walking from the sofa to the kitchen and BAM! I'm down on the floor writhing in pain with a dislocated knee. Because of this I wear a brace from the moment I step out of bed in the morning and after about a month of wearing this brace all day everyday I did see my left knee and my calf becoming smaller. I have started doing some exercises to counter this.In any case if a person is in need of good support and wants a brace that holds up over time then I can't recommend this brace enough. It's a little more expensive than some other braces but it's worth the cost.

スノーボード時に膝が痛むので購入。両サイドに入ってる樹脂製のバネが2シーズン目の途中で片側折れました。低温に弱い樹脂なので仕方ないかもですが、ちょっと早いかなー。履くと折れたバネがチクチク刺さります。初めて使った時は痛みをほぼ解消出来て感動しました。履き心地が良いながらも普段履きのズボンで使ってもギリギリ悪目立ちしない、絶妙な分厚さの生地だと思います。

The fit is suggested by the seller, but it is two sizes small. And Amazon says it is no returnable. very poor customer service for paying so.much.

ちょうど良いようで、愛用中です。ネットだとフィット感はわからないので、合わない事を前提として、MとL両方買いました。よかったです。
