Perfect size. Much easier than trying to use heat resist gloves or towel etc. Pop on turntable and then my bowl on top. Makes life much easier to get out my really hot dish without getting burnt or spilling. Love it. Great price too.. Really sturdy not bendy. Quality item.

Perfect replacement

This is my third purchase of this very handy plate. Unfortunately my teenagers have melted the other two by using it to hold microwave popcorn. Don't do this, it melts the plate! But it's excellent for assisting with heating up a bowl of soup/leftovers - you can easily left the plate holding your boiling hot bowl/plate of food without burning your fingers. Recommended.

Great for microwave.

Good size tray for microwave. Fits a regular plate or microwave dinner. Makes it safe for my 88 year old mum to lift hot foot out of the microwave. No weight in the item. Very useful purchase. Easily cleaned.

This seemed such a good idea and there aren't a lot of other options but unfortunately it doesn't lie flat in the microwave and the dishes you put on it are at an angle. I filled a large saucepan with water and left it on the tray for about a month hoping the weight would flatten it but it didn't work. Shame.

Ideal item for taking hot items out of the microwave. Bought as a gift for parent with Parkinson's and helps with stability and reduces spills.

Useful gadget when heating soups etc

Before having this tray I will wait till the food I’m heating up cools down from inside the microwave. I don’t have to do that anymore

Works well for my elderly dad - he won't get burned by taking things out of the microwave.
