I don't normally review cigarette rolling papers but this time, I will. Purely based on the price. The quality of Rizla papers so I need not go any further at all.£16.99 for a box of 100 packs is exceptional value. At 17p a packet (or for you pedants out there 16.9p) is superb considering you can't buy single packets for less than 30p each.So long as this seller continues to provide great value, I can see no reason why I won't use them again.
