A Little New Job! Bracelet

Lovely gift idea for a friend who changed job it looks expensive it it is good value for money and it looks lovely on wrist

So disappointed have bought so many of these, never had a problem but this one my daughter has only had for a couple of months and the star has fallen out of the circle, no way to contact the seller either to ask for a refund :-((

Gorgeous bracelet. Sadly after 1 day of wearing, my daughter noticed the star had fallen off and was lost. Contacted seller, eventually recieved replacement (after far too many weeks waiting for replies). Had asked them only to replace with same if could guarantee charms were secure, otherwise let me choose another design. Sent same design and again, star fell off within a couple of hours. Not worth buying

I paid over £20.00 for this bracelet and the quality is poor, the star has come off twice I managed to fix it once with tiny plyers however, the star has come off again.. I’d like a new bracelet or a refund please.

Lovely bracelet, however it's the third one I have had where the star has broken off. 2 after wearing a short time and one actually arrived with the star not attached. Usually love joma jewellery but won't be buying this one again.

As above. Bought as a gift for a new job and within days the star came lose and fell off the bracelet. Now going through the returns process.
