The media could not be loaded.  Okay I searched for months for a real hair and affordable messy bun hair accessory to put in my hair and go! I hesitated like how can this be actually be real hair? The rating isn't very high....omg seriously I'm beyond in love! I dyed my natural medium brown myself light blonde. I saw light blonde updo bun and seriously had no high hopes of this looking natural!!! I am a honest person and only write reviews if I truly love a product. And I can't tell the difference between my hair and this messy bun lol . Which is incredible! Buy buy and I'm wearing Light Blonde so you know .

Worked well for the blonde haired person that I ordered it for.

I have thin, curly hair and I typically wear a bun, but always look for products to help achieve a fuller look. I wanted to love this, but it’s to bulky for the texture of my hair and wouldn’t stay put. I tried to position the comb on different sides of my head, nearest the top of my bun, but it would pull and start to slide down; also, no instructions were included in the package, so a quick review of the product description page and little guesswork went into this. The combs are nice and the hair that is attached is very full, but since it was secured in a hair net, all the hair was curled under and needed to be shaken out and styled. I have used other messy buns, and those were on an elastic band or a wire that could be wrapped around, so this just didn’t work for me as the comb is just too bulky in my opinion (one size down, might have worked). The color of the hair is pretty close to mine, so I really wish this had worked! Probably best for those with thicker, fuller hair.

I love this messy bun hair piece. I have super thin hair and this makes me feel like I have hair! It took me a bit of trial and error to get it into my hair but I finally figured it out and I love how it looks and makes me feel. The color is pretty darn close to mine so it looks great. I wore this a lot during the holidays to parties and get togethers. I will continue to wear it when I need a fancy do. I have worn other hair pieces in the past but I think this one looks the most realistic on me!

I HATED the combs this came on, so I removed the hair from the combs and have been using it as an elastic wrap around messy bun hair piece. It matched my hair perfectly and I use it often!

I have thick hair and as the piece comes it’s not nearly long enough to go over my bun no matter how tight I make it. See first pic. Trying to stick it through the middle of the bun was painful and didn’t work either. What worked for me was removing the hair from the comb totally. It’s on like a draw string type thing so it stays together and wrapping it around the bun worked much better for me. Then I could use Bobby pins to pin pieces in place. The hair goes much further off the comb. You can see in the pics how the one my hand is through looks so much bigger than the one where I’m holding it on the comb. The combs themselves though are awesome I and hold up a French twist on my hair securely with just one. So with some tweaks I now have a bun piece I can use and two clips.
