I recall that is was 7 days but please check the Amazon section on try before buy. I have used this option a couple of times with no issues.

Q: What is the actual measurement of the medium size, please?(I am a size 16 in women's sizing)

Not sure about women's cos I am a man lol but medium should be fine it will be like space to move cos it not a tight fit x
