Perfect Samsung Dex Companion for Travel
I recently purchased the ForHelp 15.6-inch Portable Monitor, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. As a frequent traveler, I was specifically looking for a portable monitor to use as a Samsung Dex terminal, and this monitor turned out to be the ideal companion. First and foremost, the setup process was a breeze. With the included cables, it was truly a plug-and-play experience. I connected my Samsung S22 to the monitor, and voila! It worked flawlessly right out of the box. I didn't have to deal with any complicated configurations or technical hiccups. For someone like me who values convenience, this was a huge plus. The size of the monitor is just perfect. At 15.6 inches, it strikes the right balance between portability and usability. The screen is vibrant and sharp, delivering crisp visuals that enhance my Samsung Dex experience. Whether I'm working on spreadsheets or watching videos, the monitor's display quality impresses me every time. Another feature I appreciate is the monitor's versatility. It not only serves as a Samsung Dex terminal but also works well with other devices. I've connected it to my laptop, gaming console, and my wifeโs iPad, and the results have been consistently excellent. The monitor's compatibility with different devices expands its functionality, making it a worthwhile investment. Portability is a key factor for me, and this monitor truly delivers. It's slim, lightweight, and easy to pack in my travel laptop bag. Lastly, I must commend ForHelp for their exceptional customer service. Great Utility Screen
I was about to give this a 4 but I donโt think its fair to lower ratings based off my preference. I think the 1080 Screen is okay, it doesnโt look great next to the iPad, itโs a Matte old school look, so I likely need a 4k screen that they offer. But the price is right so I can find other use for it when I upgrade, wouldnโt return it. Came in same day very fast. Functionally is works great, even when i am using the IPad touch screen, when i use the mouse the mouse on the other screen pops up where i left it on take screen. Seem very durable and it is very light weight. Very easy set up, it was plug and play. I do farm a battery bank for it just in case but right now itโs running just fine on my iPad Pro M1 13 inch with Magic Keyboard. The speaker is almost useless but itโs better than no speaker if you needed it. Just change your settings back to the iPad speakers. I got this mainly for when I need more screen real estate for stuff like spread sheets and documents, for that use its fine. I wouldnโt use it to watch videos or anything where image quality is important. But maybe the other models are better for that. I think itโs a good buy.

Big, Lightweight Screen That Delivers - With Minor Glare and USB-C Quirks
This portable monitor has proven to be a terrific addition to my setup. The 15.6โinch screen size is substantial enough to feel like a legitimate second display, yet it remains lightweight and easy to carry. It's perfect for travel or working on the go. The cost-effectiveness is a win, too. It's got a great build and functionality without draining your wallet. Iโve been using it for hours daily, and despite that, it feels solid and dependable right out of the box. There are just a few little quirks to be aware of: the screenโs matte finish can make it reflect light more than I expected, especially in very bright environments, which can strain visibility. Also, the USB-C port is in a slightly awkward location, so I often need to angle the screen just right relative to my laptop to keep cables tidy and accessible. Overall though, solid size, portable design, and budget-friendly pricing make this monitor a smart pick if you need extra screen real estate without breaking the bank and you can work around those minor quirks pretty easily.

Excellent investment
This monitor is what I was looking for. I have a 4th generation iPad Pro 11 that has become my main daily driver. I felt like a needed the extra screen space but felt unsure about how practical it would be. I was looking for something compact, sturdy, with great image quality and reasonable price. I found this monitor and was originally attracted by the low cost but was unsure about the other qualities I was looking for. The monitor arrived in a very nice box. Packaging I would say was more than I expected for a product in this price category. It came with all the cables needed. Connecting to the iPad was straightforward and it worked immediately without any glitches. I just needed to go into settings to choose to extend vs mirror and that was it. One the features that I like the most is being able to connect power to the monitor and the iPad receiving charge at the same time. I was concerned that I needed to get an extra Y split cable to send the video signal to the monitor and charge but again, all cables included in the monitor are sufficient. As far as the image, the HD resolution is sufficient for me for the kind of work that I do which is mostly text editing, note taking, etc. I love how many of the iPad apps look so much nicer as they get blown up in this bigger screen. As a plus, Iโm able to connect this to my MacBook Pro, also without any issues. Iโve already taken this monitor to meetings in public places. With the use of an external power pack (26,000 mAh) Iโm able to be completely mobile for 5+ hours which is more than plenty. The iPad can power the monitor on itโs own but Iโm unsure as for how long. Overall Iโm extremely satisfied and honestly surprised for the value Iโve received.

Wow! This monitor is really nice! - Update: with one minor flaw.
I have to spend the next two months working on the road. I am very used to having multiple monitors and didn't want to have to limit myself to only one, but I needed something that will travel well. I took a shot and bought this one in 1080P to use with my two MacBook Pros (M1 and M2). I'm glad I didn't spend the extra money for the 4K version because this 1080P version perfectly matches the Macbook Pro display. it's crisp and sharp and easy to read. I also love the magnetic case. It is so thin that it will slide right into my backpack alongside my Macbook Pro. When I opened it I immediately ran a monitor test on it, looking for dead or stuck pixels and it is perfect. For $68 this is a no-brainer. Get one! Update: After using this monitor for a while I have one small complaint. When your computer (PC or Mac) goes to sleep, this monitor doesn't. It starts alternating full screen colors, flashing green, red, blue, white, until it receives a signal again. As far as I can tell it does this forever, until it receives a signal again. if you are sleeping in the same area where your computer is set up, or you don't want your battery drained from flashing colors then you must unplug it when you are done using your computer. Another update: I did finally figure out that if you press in the bottom control button on the right side of the monitor and turn off "BurnIn" and/or "logo" (I turned them both off) then it sleeps properly, but this is not a default setting. the default is crazy annoying. The bottom control button is an up-down toggle button for selecting menu things, but if you press it inward then it is a selector button, and the first press opens up the monitor settings panel. Also there is a timer that shows you how long the monitor has been used. Mine said it has been used for over 400 hours, and I know I haven't used it that long. I may have, at the very most, used it for about 20 hours, so either they do a LOT of testing at the factory or mine came used. I don't suspect mine came used though because it was packaged perfectly in original shrink wrap, so I think it either was extensively tested, or the firmware burn came with some time on it already.

Great budget choice if your wallet is tight.
For 50 bucks I'd be hard pressed to say that there's anything better out there. Speakers: 1/10 basically nonexistent my phone is louder Picture quality: 5/10 not great but not bad Light-weight: 10/10 ease of carrying 2 USB C ports and 1 mini hdmi: 6/10 needs at least 1 USB A port

Excellent Portable Monitor โ Bought Twice!
Iโve purchased thismonitor twiceโonce for myself and once as a gift for my sisterโand both of us have been very happy with it. The screen is crisp and vibrant, and the build quality is surprisingly solid for such a slim and lightweight device. Itโs very easy to carry around, which makes it perfect for working on the go or setting up a quick dual-screen setup anywhere. I mainly use it as a second screen during meetings to take notes or reference other documents, and itโs been incredibly helpful for multitasking. The USB-C connection works smoothly with my laptop, and the included case also serves as a functional stand. Overall, it's a great value for the priceโwell-built, portable, and practical. I wouldnโt hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable second monitor.

So far so good!
Bought this portable monitor for work purposes as I travel a lot. Received it within 2 days of ordering! Box comes with 3 different cords, which was great because you have options depending on what kind of system you're connecting the monitor to. The monitor is pretty light weight and good quality, but it is definitely fragile. The magnetic case does its job to prop the monitor up, but does not offer any protection and is a bit filmsy. I have an old laptop bag that I put this portable monitor in when travelling and no issues so far! Connecting to the monitor was seamless on my work Windows laptop (single USB-C to USB-C cord). On my personal Macbook, I used the HDMI to mini HDMI cord provided and then the USB-C to USB cord provided for power - one extra cord to connect, but that's not a deal breaker for me. Some people on here have complained about brightness, but this hasn't been an issue for me. I work indoors and the brightness is good enough for me to get what I need done. If you plan to work outdoors or in very sunny areas like by a window, this might be an issue. But for indoor purposes, the monitor brightness is good and the display image is clean and crisp. I've had this monitor for 2 weeks now and use it pretty often (3x a week for 8hrs at a time), and Im very happy with my purchase! I've been so much more productive when travelling for work, would highly recommend if you're looking for a good monitor at a decent price.

Lightweight and easy to use.
Quick easy set up to use as a second monitor on the go. Nice and lightweight so you can take it anywhere with you. Only feature I wish it had that I did not think about when buying it is a rough screen. Would come in handy if connecting it to some devices.

So far so good
Pros: - Graphics are good for what I need it for - Case stand is good for landscape - Came with 2 cord options (HDMI and USBC) - Not too heavy and the cover helps protect during transport Cons: - Not super stable with flipped to be portrait - USBC connection was fine on my personal laptop but I have to use a hub for my work laptop. Kept getting a USB error every few minutes. - No power supply provided

Excellent product, FreeSync works well for those that need it at 60hz!
This is an excellent display, the pixel response and brightness are excellent, all while being able to get very bright at only 3 Watts, and I can get full brightness at only 5 watts. Great for a mobile/camping setup. I can't say enough good things about this display. Well worth the money, good build quality, and the addition of FreeSync is a feature that makes a portable arcade emulation set up a game changer.
