This is a heavy, quality baking tray with a micro-textured base which makes it difficult for food to stick to the bottom of the pan. Probably the worst thing about it is that you cannot put it in the dishwasher and have to handwash it, obviously meaning that the coating possibly isn’t going to last forever. However, I’ve cooked plenty of things on it, such as burgers, chips and chicken fillets, and the results have all been very positive. There’s a big question as to whether it is worth it to pay this much for a baking tray when you could buy several decent quality baking trays for this kind of price. I’m not sure, personally, that I would, but it will be interesting to see just how long this tray will last, given regular use.

Love this baking sheet: it's solid but lightweight. Works well for cookies, buns or sheet pan dishes. I usually line it with baking paper in order to keep the cleaning as easy as possible.

This is a great pan! Although it says it's dishwasher-safe, I still wash it by hand. It's extremely easy to wash because of the great non-stick coating. The dishwasher is very hard on everything, so any time I invest in something high quality, I hand-wash it. I love this pan. It is very sturdy and has never warped. The non-stick coating has never flaked off onto the food nor does it stain, even though I've never used parchment paper or foil on it while baking. I highly recommend this pan. I believe with a little extra care in hand-washing it, it will last me a lifetime and look just as good in ten years as it did when I first received it.

I expect to have and use this pan for many years, high quality and durable.
