Arrived quickly from shipper. As for its durability, it broke while pulling the 3rd pallet. It slipped off while pulling and the toothed pads passed each other and the arms bent. I’m hoping I can fix it with a torch and a vise.

hook a chain to this and tie the other end to your tractor, backhoe, skid steer or other equipment. As the chain goes tight, the jaws clamp tight on the pallet and pull it along very nicely. I used mine to drag some 3500 lb pallets of wall blocks around on pavement.

product works like it should. The metal work on it is rough and it is all loose but for half the price as others it works good. I have puttle around 200 concrete forms with it out of the back of retaining walls with only 12 inches to spare.

That's the bee's knee's and works awesome. Good product for grabbing pallets and I would recommend this 6000-pound puller as listed over the other look-alike item rated a much lower rating.

Works Great. However, the recommended straps that I also purchased will not fit. The gauge of the pull is too large for the hook. So far, I've just tied it. Looking for an adapter to complete the job.

I’m an expeditor... this is the right tool for the job when u need to pull on a wooden skid...pallet puller is always in my van... great product well built should never need to have to buy another one....

This thing looks like it could put the grips on just about anything you want to pull
