Turmeric with Pepper
I started using Turmeric after doctor’s recommendation. This particular product contains black pepper, which helps with absorption, according to the doctor. Too early for me to tell if it helps with inflammation and sleep disturbance; capsule is fairly large, but easy to swallow, IMO.
