I have 0g in my bottom hole and 2g in the next hole up. I have been wearing those sizes with silicone plugs for years. Decided to buy these as one set matched my new car (nerd alert). These are made from really hard silicone, making it painful and very difficult to put in. My 0’s went in fine, but the 2’s took some coaxing. I got them in but was immediately let with pain around the 2’a. Cleaned them up properly and went about my day, before bed cleaned again and went to sleep. Well they woke me up a few times. So I would clean them. Wore them to work and to bed the next night and I’m writing this as I’m throwing them right in the trash, my ears are so sore. I went to take them out and it was even worse than the install. Put my good silicones in and I’ll hope for the best. So if you like pain, get these.

I've had gauged ears for at least 20 years, most of that time I wore soft silicone plugs and loved it. I got these when my last pair crapped out and I regret wasting my money. These plugs are hard and thick, they rubbed my ears raw! When I took them out my ears got all puffy. It was really painful. I won't be buying again.

These are durable for what they are. A pair of the bigger gauge was left in jeans pocket and went through the entire wash cycle. Squeaky clean! One even ended up with the load going thru the entire dryer cycle to. Not only did they survive the wash cycle, on fast speed/spin, they came out of the dryer untouched as well! No rips, tears, stretching or warping or otherwise! Great value for the money.

True to size easy to get in my ear. It’s a medium silicone in my opinion. Not super thin and weak but not to hard you can’t get it into a smaller gauged ear. I love them. True to color. I ordered the 6 gauge.

I had a procedure that required no metal, so I got these to put in instead. The plug was to short to properly hold while trying to put it in. The flare was also to large to fit in. I had to use tape to get it through, and even than it only worked for one. The other I simply cut one end off and put a plastic horseshoe through. It might just be the size of the gauge, but either way I got really irritated in the end. I gave up after almost two hours and just cut it.
