Q: How do you tighten these? Mine arrived but I can't use them as they will not tighten up enough and only flop over.

Does work. The screw at bottom can be stiff so use pliers

Q: The thread on the bottom screw must be broken as it will only partly tighten and then goes slack again and will not hold up the tools?
