Iam extremely pleased with the after purchase service. I didn't use the product for many months and when I did use to make shake, I found it was leaking the wet blender pc. After contacting company it was promptly replaced. Again I faced issue with dry grinder and jar and again I got it replaced as well. The motor gives a burning smell ... I was told its because some chemical has been applied to protect the motor and the smell would stop once used a few times. Good product, very useful for a single person.
