A nice set
Got these for travelling when there is no gym to get to. They do the job and are very strong so i get the resistance i need for a workout. They are well made and should last a long time.

Very happy with these bands. Am using the lighter one at the moment, but it won't be long before I use the heavier one. Give a good all-round workout, and you're able to start lightly and build up as you go.
