How to open the aluninum foil after opening the bottle cap

Flip over the white cap, there’s a sharp little point on the top of it. Push that point into the foil and twist it in a circle to open the foil. I believe there’s instructions on the bottle.

After opening the remaining formula needs to be refrigerated. After refrigerating it should be finished within 32 hours.

Is this product really taking 1-2 months for shipping at this time?

Not sure right now but last order from Amazon didn’t take that long also have ordered lots thru Walmart free shipping

After opening and refrigerating, how warm should the refrigerated formula be?

I usually fill a bottle and then heat it up in water that I heat up in a microwave. The formula should be lukewarm when you drop a bit on the back of your wrist. Do not put the formula in the microwave.
