Great value. Does the job. Nice and light. Also has drip tray which is good, plus keep warm facility. Only tested at home so far but did the trick.

Perfect drinks every time, and no standing around waiting for kettle to boil. When full, it takes about 25mins to come to boil and we use it everyday. It is still warm in the morning so when you refill for the day, it doesn't take long at all. We live in a very hard water area so we have had to clean it out once with Oust to get rid of the limescale but have now bought some fur descalers and no problem so far.

I dont usually review things, but thought id take the time on this as I have just ordered my 4th replacement for this urn. It is easy to use, quick and stress free. However, due to the area I live in being very hard watered, that is certainly having an impact on the length of life for this device. Ive had several failures in the last 3/4 years. 2 of those were from leaks... either the seams of the urn just start leaking (usually when the device is switched off)... or similarly, the nozzle does the same (and ive come down a few times to the contents of the urn being on the kitchen floor and not in the urn). The most recent failure... the lights were on... but nothing was heating. I know there are considerations to make when it comes to the type of water in the area... and sometimes things just break. I just wanted to call out the issues in case others have found the same. I am sure if you filtered everything before putting in the urn, it would improve matters.. but then you have to prefilter everything which takes an age. So a good product that is a lifesaver more than once a day... until it just decides to not work.

Very useful for a large family get-together. Very easy to set up - just needed a wipe round inside as per the instructions. The only issue I had was the frequent need to check that the water level was above minimum and keep refilling and reboiling - but I think this is common with all urns. Instructions didn't really cover "after-use", ie emptying and drying prior to storing - so I just guessed. But overall, a very useful product.
