Review: Ours came ready to go..well packed simply wash out..fill up turn on...took 47 mins to boil full urn. Keeps self upto temp and i use timer to turn on about 6 am...no nasty taste ..very hot. It is noisey on the reboil louder than a kettle but plus is we get instant tea ..coffee with no worry about scale as heater is sealed under water so no scale build up. Very usefull and i recomend

Ours came ready to go..well packed simply wash out..fill up turn on...took 47 mins to boil full urn. Keeps self upto temp and i use timer to turn on about 6 am...no nasty taste ..very hot. It is noisey on the reboil louder than a kettle but plus is we get instant tea ..coffee with no worry about scale as heater is sealed under water so no scale build up. Very usefull and i recomend
