This has either been used (because it wasn’t folded like new in the bag. And the bag has deteriorated inside, which leads me to believe it’s been stored inadequately for a long time. The spines ferl very flimsy, doubt they’ll handle wind. It’s got dirt on it too.And to top it off! 2 of us can’t even bend the spring to tilt it! HahaWaste of £48

This does what it says, and has been invaluable during the recent hot weather. It's not as big as I expected (roughly the size of a golf umbrella), but does cast a very usable shadow. I have not had to use the included guy ropes and pegs, but it has remained upright (in the garden). Not tried on the beach or on sand. Only brought this year so not sure how robust it will be over time, but so far so good.
