Review: Good grip and quality, use with oil for easy glide - Really easy to use. Have to apply oil to skin first to make sure suction cups glide over skin smoothly. Nice and thick cups good size for holding. Bright blue colour helps to spot them and not lose. Would have like a bit stronger suction power, perhaps need a different type of cups for that. Otherwise the suction is enough to feel skin get hot and red. Have used them for 2 weeks now, the suppression hasn't deformed them. Pleased with my new found routing of cupping.

**Q: I have no idea how it is meant to be used?**
A: Go on YouTube, there's a lot of videos. Just type "cupping Massage" and enjoy watching 👍

**Q: does this actually get rid of cellulite?**
A: yes. but it will take more time. If you use it a couple of times, maybe you can not notice a difference. If you use our shovan anti-cellulite cup every day and for at least 5 minutes per area. You will notice a change after two to three weeks. If you have massaged correctly, you will see redness afterwards. This is a good sign that shows the blood and lymph circulation have been boosted. And the redness will disappear after two weeks.

**Q: Is this coming with a bag? Is this made of medical silicone? Is this without phthalates?**
A: Not included a bag, this is made of medical silicone

**Q: will any oil work with the cup?**
A: Hi, Yes any oil would work but we recommend oil that is easily absorbed.

Had to buy this after seeing it being used by Trumbull Woodhall. Brilliant and easy to use and hopefully will be effective long term as I have only used it once. Make sure you use it with lots of oil on your legs so the suction can take place. First use the thighs are very tender when the cup is massage over them but you have to persevere and get through the pain barrier to get the circulation moving. Great price of equipment for such a low price and if you use it regularly it will work.
