I was beyond thrilled when this set arrived. I really enjoy drink something warm throughout the day and this set was Purrfect. My tea was always the right temperature and remained that way for hours! Loved it so much, I bought one for all of my loved ones.Unfortunately, today after pretty much controls use from2/14/23 to 5/22/23, the warmer no longer functions. 🥺 It still lights up, however no heat. But, for the time that it worked, it was wonderful. Guess I'll be buying a new heating pad. I would buy this product again, and perhaps try to cut back on using it everyday. 🤷🏾‍♀️

This warmer keeps my tea at the perfect temperature and will stay on for 8 hours. The cup is very cute. I have used a different cup on it and it worked well too. The only thing that I would change is the shape of the cup, it is skinny at the top. It would be easier to clean if it wasn't small at the top, but I like it anyway!

This item is super cute, but do not make the mistake I made; this keeps your beverages warm and does not boil the water for you. Unfortunately it was not what I was looking for, but if you are looking for temperature maintenance then this product is perfect for you.

I am only giving it 4 stars for two reasons, one is that no where on the box or instructions does it say that the silicone piece is a cover and I kept it on like an idiot for a few days while using it. It does say it on the product page, and I saw it quickly when I was double checking, but I looked everywhere for it on the box and safety information and didn't find it. I was concerned that either, the silicone piece would be damaged by the heat or there was a reason to have insulation between cup and heater. Neither happened, and the cover is just fine, but I am frustrated that I had to go to the sales page to see it multiple times and it isn't mentioned once on the packaging.The other thing is that the cup came with a crack. It wasn't noticable at first, but is slowly getting darker with each cup of tea. It's not that big of a deal because I really wanted the heater which works fantastically, but just as a heads up to others.As for the heater element, after the wonky start, it works so well. It fits just fine with my bigger mugs and keeps my drink hot all day while I'm working. I was actually disappointed this weekend when I went to my in-laws' and didn't have it and my coffee got cold much quicker than I expected. I would definitely get another.

I can not rave about this warmer enough!! It is perfect!It handles coffee cups from the size of an espresso cup all the way up to a mammoth sized coffee mug!!Flat bottomed cups work best and nothing paper, plastic, or coated.The 3 warming temps are perfect as well. The highest(red) is like fresh brewed hot. The medium(purple) is cooled down a little bit with still some heat. The low(blue) is very cooled down and makes your drink gulpable (if that is a word). Basically it makes it like warm water. IMOAlso, the button to turn it in is in the front and it is SUPER touchy, so if you graze it with your finger or hand or paper or folder or anything for that matter, it will turn to another setting or even turn on even with nothing on it. So, I suggest unplugging it if you are not going to be around it to monitor it.I love this warmer!! Well worth the buy!!

I like that I can control the temperature. I like my coffee hot and my old coffee warmer made my coffee warm but not hot. I also like that it has a large space to place my coffee cup. Sometimes I like to use large cups and the warming surface can accommodate any size.My only concern is that the "on" switch is activated with a slight touch. I have cats that love to help me with my work and they are always all over my desk. To ensure they don't accidentally turn on the switch, I unplug my unit after using. I highly recommend this product!

I love it. I use the warmer as a coffee warmer and a candle melt. The hot option is truly hot. The mug is soooo cute. Love it.

I bought this mug warmer because it was cute and I didn’t want to have to always bring my travel mug to work. In the beginning it worked fine but after a couple of uses the temperature control stopped working/won’t respond and just stays at the lowest setting (113 deg F). I would’ve rated this higher if the temp control didn’t quit after only delicate use a few times
