BetterYou oral spray supplement are really easy to use and are backed by decent science that they are efficacious. This one small bottle will last around 30 days (3 sprays per day) for one person, which makes it very cost effective. It's also small enough to keep in your bag, pocket or glove box to have to hand in case you forget your daily dose of sunshine substitution. Quick tip: Vitamin D is fat soluble so if you want to make sure you're getting the most out of this spray, use after you have eaten some good fats; Kefir, yoghurt, Brazil nuts ('only 2 per day or you'll get fat' as my old GP used to say!) etc - unfortunately crisps do not count as 'good fats' which has been a source of deep disappointment throughout my life. Good value for money, pleasant taste. Can be a little much at first at vit d can cause dizziness initially. I would recommend building up to the full dose of 3 sprays over time.

It works! Use a triple dose a month before a beach holiday - it will boost your tan and help to avoid sun burn, well, together with a hat+shirt or parasol when the sun is in zenith. It is not the first time I buy this product - it's good. Just a bit of warning - it may give you a funny sensation in the throat, most noticeable at night, so avoid it before sleep. Taking vitamin supplements long-term is never as good as fixing one's diet. The only vit D which works is D3, and it has to be taken together with K2 due to calcium and bones... K2 in this mix is unfortunately of MK7 variety, which is for bacteria, while the mammalian is MK4, but it is not as popular due to vegans who buy a lot of supplements. So... if you are taking these for bone density issues, then better consider K2 mk4, or a diet not spiking insulin (i.e. low-carb) and high in full-fat animal products.

Tastes good compared to other brands I have tried, and really brings up those vit D and energy levels. Well, it did for me. People have their own things going on, but in the vit D arena, this one is tops.

I have been taking this supplement for over a year now and it has raised my vitamin d level to normal. It’s tastier than another brand I tried too.
