Super FUn
I am a kids culinary instructor and we like to play games as we wait for things to bake! This is one of the favorites for our little cooks! They can play over and over again. They even like to come up with different rules to play by! LOts of creative fun!

Simple game for all ages, like reverse Jenga
Waffle Topple is a straightforward game that challenges you to roll a die, select a waffle topping, and then add it to the waffle stack on top of a precarious wooden fork. Make sure to place your toppings carefully, or they'll fall and the person who last successfully placed a piece will get some of the breakfast for their own stash to score points! This game comes nicely packaged in a compact box with zero-plastic wrapping inside, and the pieces are well made out of laminated board. The fork tolerances are perfect for securely placing two waffles in vertically for a bit of added challenge. The art is well executed, although we were honestly a little disappointed that the kawaii waffle from the product listing wasn't present in the actual game art - all of the actual waffle pieces are realistic without cute faces. There isn't a lot of depth to the game - it's classic manual dexterity, for the most part, although there are a few rules to keep in mind around certain items not being able to touch others as you stack. The pieces are all flat, so the stacking isn't that complex... what does keep it a bit fresh is the 'custom rule' dynamic, which gives players a 1 in 6 chance of adding a silly additional rule to the game (like placing pieces only with your index fingers, or humming a tune while placing pieces.)Waffle Topple is definitely on the simplistic side, but I'm not mad at it - it's a great simple game to break out with a younger audience, or something to try with a tipsy older crowd when complex board games are a bit beyond everyone's ability. With a compact box and affordable price, it's a low-impact addition to your collection.

Simple fun game
This is an easy family game that takes little skill, and some luck or the roll. Six is probably the youngest I would suggest, five is a little too young still. The instructions include many variations to keep the game exciting and a make your own rule.

Fun game and easy to store
One thing I hate about board games is how hard they are to store. This comes in a nice compact box and is super fun and easy to play. We were able to modify the rules a bit to make it fun for all our smaller kiddos too. It also doesn’t make a huge mess and is easy to put away and not lose pieces. Highly recommend.

Terrible game, nice toy
As a game, my family did not like this. It is intended for young children, however the instructions were confusing for adults, let alone children. However, I am still giving it three stars because my nieces think it is fun to play with the game pieces when they are playing "kitchen".

great family game
This is a really fun family game. I played it with my five and six year old and we had so much fun! You roll the dice and take turns placing different waffle ingredients ontop of a waffle balanced on a fork. It is such a simple game, but really lots of fun!

Cute game even for young kids
This is a cute game, easy and quick to play. The pieces are similar to the wood food type of toys but they feel a bit lighter and the graphics seem printed on paper. I wasn't sure if my 5 year old would be able to play this type of balancing game, but the size and shape of these pieces actually make them pretty easy to stack. My 5 and 10 year olds played with me and we ended up stacking probably 75% of the pieces before the stack fell. The instructions come with suggestions for additional rules that can make the game harder (things like syrup must touch bacon but bacon can't touch butter) and you can also use the custom rule to adjust the difficulty. We made additional rules about things touching but also made one that required you to jump on one leg to put butter on. It's a good quick and easy game option at a great price and both my kids enjoyed it, but it wasn't necessarily something they wanted to play over and over.

Novel not great
It’s fun for a sec but trying to follow all of the rules with kids is difficult. And the fork isn’t balanced so there are not many ways to start the game as is suggested in the instructions
