Doesn’t really do much in the way of relieving cramps, but then I have severe menstural cramps. Does help relax the body so you don’t feel so tense and uncomfortable and I rub a bit on my belly before I go to bed and it helps me sleep so well!

This is the best oil I have ever bought! I use it in a diffuser and it improves my mood very quickly! I believe it has helped me to relief period pain. My friend uses it too and said it relieved her period pain.
