My dental hygienist recommended this. It is much easier to use them regular floss to get at the back teeth, especially. Get lots of refills, though. If your teeth are sharp, it will shred the thread quickly.

I don't like using floss when you have to put your fingers in your mouth. This works great. Can reach the back teeth with no problem. My hygienist tells me that I do a good job.
