Very few supplements can the ingredient profile of this. I see other reviewers have commented on the chemical esque taste - for me personally I found it to be the same as every other Blue Raz product out there, although I do take mine with 18oz water instead of the suggested 14oz as I prefer to sip it over a longer period. I previously took 'All Day You May' Watermelon and found this to perform better but not be quite as refreshing to drink.

As someone else noted most reviews look to be Evlution themselves...Has all the right things but its quite chemical and very very sweet which I hadn't banked on...

Amazing product. I have already bought 4 has all nutrients, vitamins and different supplements in one this is great before during and after workout but suddenly its gotten more expensive. Hopefully it goes back to its orginal price

Quality post-workout. Good dosages of everything I wanted, I personally use it as a pre-workout due to the creatine and beta alanine that help my workout. I think with the addition of caffine it would be a good pre-workout! I have been recovering faster and feeling stronger in my workouts. Warning for anyone that hasnt had beta alanine before... it makes your face tingle to start haha!

Love the flavour And although its approx £1 per serving ita good value for money as it worked wonders for me compared to drinking bcaa’s alone.

Not a miracle

The flavour was good and it mixed well, but I didn't notice any difference that it was making.There was also about 3x the daily intake of vitamin b which doesnt sound good to me.
