Q: Are they self-adhesive? Can you remove these heel lift to put into different pairs of shoes?

Yes. In between the layers it's sticky but you can pull them apart easily and transfer between shoes. I bought several brands and these were the best. Easy to adjust the height. If the heel lift starts to peel away from your shoe, simply rinse with water, let dry, and the adhesive will be sticky again!

Q: I need a 3/5" lift, how much lift does the 3 and 4 layers provide, total?

It comes with 2 heel lifts in the package. Each one has 4 LAYERS - each layer is 1/5". 3 Layers provide 3/5'', 4 layers provide 4/5''. You can put 3 Layers together to get the 0.6 inch you need. Put them in my work boots and I'm in love! Very comfortable and very reasonable in price. I really like that they are adjustable. I will definitely be buying more of these.

Q: What is the size of height increase insoles?

I am not sure if I am understanding your question correctly but each of the pads are 1/5. If you need more, you will just place an additional pad to the area. I hope this helps
