Excellent entry to mid level turner for the price.
I got the K2 Elite setup and it's perfect! First tumbler I've ever owned it it's exactly what I needed. I polished up some stones to get the feel for it, but then deburred some small aluminum rings and it handled both jobs perfectly! It's very compact, but also has a large barrel for things. Clear window in the front allows you to see it turning and tell if it's leaking, or if anything else is going on. Accessories that came with it are perfect, too. Emailed them immediately after getting it and within a few days, had myself another bag of really cool stones to polish up. Great communication. Great product. I've used it quite a bit since getting it. I would definitely recommend it. Especially to a beginner who doesn't know a lot about tumbling(like I was). Walks you through everything and makes it all very easy to understand so that you can get right to work. My only slight complaints would be that, it's not actually silent. It definitely makes noise. My wife and I do not run it overnight because of this. But, that's not a really big deal. Also, the amount of ceramic medium that you get is rather small. I ended up just buying some similar stuff from Amazon and have been using it. Once again, though. Not a deal breaker. Overall, great machine. Great price. Does its job. Easy to use. Compact. Versatile for multiple applications. I was not paid for this review. I didn't get the machine for free and am not getting compensated in any way for the review. I just really like it.

Great for everyone beginner to pro
This is great for beginners and avid rock hunters . My wife and I just started rock hunting last year. You can turn your finds into beautiful art. We are very impressed on the sturdiness and ease of use. Assembly was easy, It comes with easy follow instructions just take your time if you are a beginner. It comes with a nice assortment of rocks and plenty of product to get started, the controls are simple and instructions are clear even for a beginner, appears to be well made. It is very quiet for what it does . Nice size for the different stages of tumbling rocks. We have found that doing multiple batches in the different stages then combining them as the rocks reduce in size that way you are not wasting polishing grit. Rock Tumbler well packed for shipping and reasonably priced.

Quiet and Sturdy
Update... I am in my second batch if rocks, and still lobe this tumbler. It's a little workhorse. If I coukd give it 10 stars, I would. I am considering buying the 10 lb. tumbler just to do more. I love this rock tumbler. I've had several different tumblers in the past thst are noisy and just don't stand up to the wear and tare. This one is a work horse and is surprisingly quit. I use it in a spare bedroom across from my room and can't even hear it. All the others I had to use in the garage. I would highly recommend. Seller was great as well 😊

Noise and Vibration, but great tumbler!
It works great! I love the automatic shut off feature when the set days of tumbling is over. I also loved how it is encapsulated. It helps with noise, but it still is quite a bit noisy. It is not quiet enough to leave in a room that you want to be in. It has to be in a separate room with the door closed. It also needs some antivibration feet placed beneath it since it rumbles the wood floor a lot. If you have a concrete floor, it is not needed, but it vibrates the wood floor a lot. All in all a great tumbler!

Great customer service
The tumbler works really great. I can adjust time and speed at one setting and leave it. I had one small issue with a bearing and with one call the entire unit was replaced...no questions asked, no delay, no problems. Great products and a great company.

Great tumbler
I love this tumbler. I haven't had any issues with it since it was bought and I have been running it nonstop. I like that the belt is in a compartment to itself so it doesn't spin lubricant everywhere. You should keep your belt lubricated with a 3in1 oil or clipper oil so they don't dry and break. It's a little quieter than the ones that are out in the open. But it still going to be somewhat loud, it is tumbling rocks. It's durable and seems to be holding up. The barrel has a good thickness to it isn't showing any signs of wear and tear yet. I do like that it has a 3lb storage capacity. It holds a lot more rocks than the other small rock tumblers. It does come with some starter rocks and if you reach out to them after purchasing they will send some free rocks as well. I do believe it is a good value for everything that came with the machine. I think this tumbler is a good addition for any person that is interested in rock tumbling.

Barely functional as a rock tumbler, very poor quality.
Okay so let's talk about this tumbler: 1) it's not quiet. It's actually louder than the Chicago electric from harbor freight that I replaced this tumbler with and that doesn't have any noise reduction at all. The possibly reason is because... 2) it spins way too fast to be used to polish rocks. It has three settings: too fast, much too fast, and way way way too fast. The whole point of a tumbler is that the rocks slide up the side of the barrel and then tumble down onto the other rocks or ceramic. At the speed this thing runs the rocks will never fall just ride around the edges of the barrel. As such the polish and grit will never really interact with the stones and they won't shape and polish. 3) After 1.5 months, conveniently after I got a new tumbler to test and try to figure out why my rocks looked the same from end of stage 1 to end of polish.. it started shaking violently and making a horrible grinding sound. I unplugged it for the last time after that.. 4) build quality... it reminds me of typical drop shipper junk. It's probably a tumbler from wish or something being resold at a massive markup. The front panel is barely able to stay attached, and the vibration from the tumbler will cause it to fall off at least once a week. You'll need to firmly press it back on without accidentally turning it off. Something inside is loose and it will cause the tumbler to squeak like crazy as it wobbles back and forth. (Yes I followed the instructions and lubed it up) 4) The instructions weirdly tell you to have a fast stage 1 which is the opposite of what most people do when tumbling. I'm unsure that the seller really understands rock tumbling at all.. My advice? Save your money, don't buy. Get a reputable duel barrel tumbler instead.

Gritty
It was great that the grits came in hard plastic containers, they even had a plastic reusable cover inside the lid, it helps make sure no loose product in the lid. Better deal to buy these than individually.

Great machine and great customer service
My new tumbler is so much fun and I’m already on my second round of stones being polished. However, I had to pause for a small issue with the lid, but after reaching out to [email protected], they resolved my issue immediately and were incredibly kind and supportive. They worked fast to send me a replacement lid and the tumbler is now back in action! I’m so excited to see what my next batch of stones will be like (turning finds into jewels!). As for the tumbler, it runs very well and sturdy, no leaks and isn’t too noisy, though I keep it in the basement anyway! I really love how easy it is to set the amount of days and speed and the instruction booklet is great for a first time tumbler like myself. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Amazing refill size
I bought these refills after purchasing my rock tumbler and the size is amazing. We have tumbled 4 more cycles of rocks and it’s barely made a dent in the refills. This is a great value!
