## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐

I tried to like this; I really did

*by B***A on Reviewed in the United States on October 27, 2019*

Sharon Salzberg's meditations were specifically recommended to me by an Integrative Medicine physician. He is a big fan of hers. I wasn't sure which one to purchase so I went with what I saw in the reviews and where my gut was leading me. I just can't get into this CD at all. I've tried several tracks - some at his suggestion, others because the descriptions spoke to me. This is the first time that while listening to a meditation CD, I was anxiously awaiting the end of each track. I told the doctor this and he said that his wife had a similar experience. This CD may work for some people. Sharon Salzberg is very highly regarded and many people love her meditations. Unfortunately, it appears that I will not be one of them.

Wanting a teacher to come to your place? Wanting to do you daily practise @ sunrise, not @ an after work group or on your precious weekend? Then Sharon's CD is for you.
