I was researching for weeks/months on what was the best coffee machine to buy as all are quite expensive and didnt want to waste my money...i started out with the barista style delonghi and whilst this was a great piece of kit the cleaning side of things was a nightmare and the amount of time to make 2 coffees just wasnt worth the taste...also it had said we could make cappucinos but we couldnt only lattes...so we decided to send back and look for the automated ones...i thought im not spending 1k plus and then its not for us so went with this as was around 380 mark entry level and decided if we love this in couple years will opt for the more expensive ones...so we gets it and what can i say wow...worth every penny makes great coffees espressos cappucinos we are delighted with it...and the best part is the cleaning side of things is so easy just pull the botton tray out empty give a quick rinse pop back in...obviously you need to descale now and then and give everything a good clean but fantastic bit of kit...the one negatove for me is coffee temperature and ive seen a few mention it so i want to be transparent here...i like my coffees boiling and like to hang on to them for 20-30 minutes...if u use the machine as is u will get a hot cup of coffee ready to drink...how do i get round this? Simple...i boil the kettle and start my coffee machine same time and just top uo with boiling water and no issues...

Took some setting up but really easy to clean and makes delicious coffee, love the full cup hot frothy milk option for the kids!

Very easy to use, very quick and has plenty of options to get the perfect blend. Once you have chosen your preferred settings you can easily save this for one button bean to cup coffee

We bought this as I was ditching the Dolce Gusto as it couldn't possibly be good for the planet using & throwing away all those the pods.This coffee machine is fabulous & certainly ticks all my boxes.Easy to use, easy to clean, hot milk from the frother, and smashing tasting coffee. Just wonderful. No noisier than a machine can be when grinding coffee beans & quick to make a cuppa. Highly recommend this machine & hope it lasts years 🤞.

Item turned up a day later than expected with visible damp patch on the external packing and then further damp and mould on internal packaging. The machine itself did not even function. Was told to repackage it up again and send back and as there were no more in stock I have to wait for my refund before I can purchase from another company. Very disappointing

The De’Longhi Dinamica having owned it for a year I felt if important for customers to know the tech bit of it was never completed sorted by the manufacturer (probably brought to market before ready) - usual thing with manufacturing. It has an error message that frequently pops up ‘ insert infuser’ and some time it sounds like a hammer drill when pumping out water. It still managed though to give us a lovely cup of coffee and or cappuccino. Would I buy it again - probably not. If I did though I would buy it on Amazon at a vastly cheaper price than what we paid for it.

Loving my new coffee machine. I had wanted a bean to cu machine, that also frothed the milk. Fits the bill perfectly. I have a new kitchen and the coffee machine matches in with the kitchen. Easily maintained, although the descaling does take a bit of time. Although I have it on the highest heat as I like a hot coffee, I find I still need to pre-heat the cup to maintain the heat. Perhaps its just more practice required.
