Good as ever!
Not my first rodeo with this type of cutter, but yes, with one this size!Worked like a dream, even using heavier gauge curtain poles!

Cuts 28mm copper pipe
Cutting 28mm copper pipe. Very easy to use. Cut straight with no tendency to travel along the pipe. Recommended.

Don't bother
Had these before and have been ok, bought previously on amazon from another seller. So thought I buy a couple more as they are on discount, one for me and one for my colleague and both failed almost instantly, return springs stuck down so had to physically pull the cutting wheel back out which is a bit dodgy in itself after the 3rd attempt I have now thrown it in the back of van in a rage and now just ordered a rothanburg .Hopefully I can my money back

Does exactly what is says on the tin ffs
I'm not sure what everyone seems to be moaning about on here. The tools works exactly as it should do. The photo included is proof. It doesn't cut a thread or spiral like others have reported. It cuts pipe and it does it well. Best thing to do is order two and keep one safe because losing one is no bloody joke at all, whereas the prices the two DIY giants charge here in the UK certainly is.

Cutter I received produced a nice, clean, level cut
I was a bit perturbed at first, when I received a Dekton 15mm pipe slicer instead of the Am-Tech one in this listing. But as the price of the Dekton one Tube - Pipe Cutter 15mm (Automatic-Slicer) Dekton (1 Pack/S) is quite a bit higher than the Am-Tech one, perhaps I have a bargain?I just tried it on a copper pipe attached to my bathroom wall and although it seemed to require a bit of strength to turn, it only took a few minutes to produce a nice, clean perfectly level cut, which is exactly what is needed :-)

22mm pipe cutter for less than £6
A good quality 22mm Pipe & Tube Cutter for under £6. My local DIY store was selling a similar product for almost twice the price.I used this to cut some 22mm copper pipe for some gas work that I was doing. The tool did the job just fine. In the past I've used a hacksaw and it took a few attempts before I achieved a satisfactory cut. It saves time to cut and prepare pipes. If the product is unworthy of a good review, I think it is unfair to leave positive feedback as this can mislead potential buyers. I hope you found the review helpful. Please click on the “Yes” button below.
