Package size is great. Tablet size are slightly smaller that a Paracetamol Tablet. Easy to swallow.

Decent value for what they are. Would be better if each tablet was a daily recommended dose instead of taking one every few days, but handy to keep topped up over winter!

So tiny!
Both the bottle and the tablets are very small and cute. Since the tablets are so small they're very easy to take and you only take 1 a day. The size of these tablets reminds me of breath mints. I work from home and on the days I do, I barely go outside. After a couple days this affects my knees and I start getting aches in the weirdest places. I'm finding taking vitamin D helps a ton with discomfort in my teeth and joints and stops it in its tracks. It does take a few days to kick in but it makes a huge difference. I highly recommend combining this with a healthy diet and still taking time to go outside when you can. I think this could help a lot with seasonal depression also and since they're so small I feel like they're made easier for so many to take them. Definitely worth a try! I've not had vitamin D this small or in this format before and I think I'll rebuy in the future for the ease alone.
