great fit
Perfect for the price. The fit is great and the shape contours to the body nicely — not too tight and not too loose. It provides good protection for the hips and tailbone while still being breathable and comfortable to wear. Great value for money!

Great for Learning to Ski
These hip protection pads worked really well while I was learning how to ski. When you’re starting out you’re bound to fall a few times, and these definitely helped soften the impact. They gave me a lot more confidence because I wasn’t as worried about landing hard on my hips. They’re comfortable to wear under ski pants and don’t feel too bulky or restrictive. After a few runs I honestly forgot I was even wearing them. The padding seems well placed and does a good job absorbing the shock from falls. If you’re new to skiing or snowboarding, I’d definitely recommend something like this. It makes the learning process a lot less painful and lets you focus more on improving instead of worrying about falling.

Life Saver!
But these.I’m new to snowboarding. My first time out I took a mild spill and couldn’t sit right for a week.My second time out I wore these. Took a nastier spill going much faster. While there was some mild pain (to be expected in your 30s lol). I was able to get right back up and keep going. They were a little big, as I ordered them that way. However they held up well and were comfortable!Defiantly helps give you confidence when you’re less worried about eating it!

Worth the price
It fits perfectly and I can still be flexible when I wear it

Great for enduro and sitting in office chairs for hours.
I am quite pleased. I bought them to kill 2 birds with one stone. I am an avid enduro racer and video gamer. As an enduro racer I wanted something I could wear under some racing shorts to provide hip and tailbone protection. My normal pants get hot in AZ during the summer. I also wanted something to provide cushioning and distribute the weight while gaming so my butt hurts less. These are a 9/10 on the Enduro and a 7/10 on the video game chair. Recommend them.

size down
runs large, i would size 2 sizes down. i tried to order based on size chart and the one i got for a teen ended up fitting an adult man, and the one i got for the adult man was entirely too large.

These padded shorts will protect you!
These padded shorts are great in keeping you protected from falls while rollerblading. I specifically bought them for my son who was learning to rollerblade. they are thick so they do protect you from fall. He likes that they are comfortable as well, the only downside is that in the summer they will make you hot because of the thick padding. They are easy to throw in the washer as well, they have not been damaged at all.

Comfortable and stretchy
I wish more people would give measurements in the reviews. I will so hopefully this helps someone else.I am 5’9” 180 and have 31” waist and 42” hips. I wear a size 10 jeans. I ordered a Large for me. I have big thighs and usually have to size up in jeans due to thighs even if waist is loose. These have a lot of stretch and are forgiving for size except the waist. Everything fit great except the waist. I could make it work, either be uncomfortable, pressure pressing down right above my belly button or leave the Velcro loose and have an open fly situation. I ordered a spare pair for my son (6 feet tall 39-40” waist) by Frelaxy in XXL and both that pair and this brand in XXL fit him comfortably with a 39” waist. I put the Frelaxy XXL pair on and i could wear those no issue and were comfortable in the waist. So I decided to return the Large ceinify pair and keep both XXL pairs for me and my son. We have a full 8” waist difference but can wear the same size with different levels of stretch. What Im saying is the sizing is very flexible and forgiving.I ordered a medium in this brand for my daughter who has 30” waist 35” hips and she said they were perfect. I shouldve ordered another medium for my husband who is 6’3 and wears 32x34 jeans. The larges fit but definitely not snug. I was going off size chart and information in the reviews with short notice before our trip so i made the best educated guess i could. His waist definitely isnt constricted like mine was in the same size. His waist is 32”. Mine is 31”. But being female and having had 3 kids, i have a lot more volume all around below my belly button that moves around as I bend and twist, wear as he is toned and flat there. Ideally i think XL would be my sweet spot but i didnt order that size. I spent the vasy majority of my time researching my oldest son’s garment to make sure he was comfortable lolMost important thing to gauge on which size to order is how the waist fits on you. Women will have a trickier time with that and fitting butt and thighs. But i would suggest sizing up one size at least for women, no question. Even with same waist measurement as a man. Even if waist isnt snug, you dont want it uncomfortable and your hips and booty will hold them up just fine.

Great Hip Protection for Ice Skating & Roller Blading
I’ve been using the Cienfy 3D Hip Protection EVA Butt Protector for both ice skating and summer roller blading, and it’s been a huge confidence booster. The padding is lightweight but absorbs impact really well, especially during falls while practicing new skills. It fits under loose track pants or athletic shorts without feeling bulky, and it stays put even during longer sessions. On the ice, it’s helped me get back up quickly after harder falls. On pavement, it’s saved my hips more than once while roller blading. The 3D padding design covers exactly the right areas, and the EVA material feels durable but flexible enough to move with me.It’s one of those pieces of gear you don’t realize you need until you try it.If you’re learning new tricks, skating outdoors, or just want extra protection and confidence, this has been a great addition to my gear.

Good for the price
These were fine for my first trip to the mountaim snowboarding. I was comfy, and it provided protection , they were also reasonably priced. If youre advanced and attempting mad stuff, possibly they would be less appropriate but I cannot speak for that.

Look good but require pants one size bigger
TLDR; I bought the short to use them under my skiing pants for the freestyle skiing. For this application they require pants one size bigger. The shorts fit according to the size chart and feel well. The impact pads are thick and provide good protection - I tried to land on my butt and to hit walls with my tights. No pain at all.Unfortunately, because the shorts have so thick impact pads they barely fit under my regular pants. I would need the pants one size bigger for these shorts, which I'm not ready to buy at the moment.
