Is this capable of attaching bowens mount softboxes?

Yes there's a wide range of bowen items you can use with this light. I have a softbox and a Fresnel lens that I use.

Has anyone used this light filming at 25fps with no flicker? I’ve heard it’s only good for 24fps...

I do regularly and without flicker, although between 10 and 14% there's a little......Absolutely nothing from 15% onwards. I have heard the horror stories, so I guess there must be some bad ones, though. Get it from Amazon, so you can return/exchange it if you get a dodgy copy. I have 2 and both are flawless. I'll get a battery powered one as a third, next month.

What light stand can be used with this?

This uses a standard light stand mount, so it will fit on anything from a flimsy £5 special all the way up to a solid C-stand. Given the weight of this thing you want something pretty sturdy, if you add a heavy modifier such as a large softbox then you really want C-stands with sand bags to stop it tipping over.

Is there any carry case for this?

No. Comes in typical cardboard box with styrofoam inserts.
