I received product that is thin, runny.  Takes 4 or 5 pumps to have anything of substance to apply to hair.  Is that the way it is supposed to be?

I had only used this product 1 time. I always shake the bottle to “mix” the product. I now use the viviscal gorgeous growth densifying leave in elixir. It does not take a lot of the product and is a liquid serum. I have used viviscal for two years now on a daily basis. (I had lost almost 80% of my hair and being almost bald after I had Covid. I also take the hair vitamins, use the shampoo and conditioner. My hair is back to the pre Covid episode and I see new growth daily (I call them sprigs until they get some length to them!) And may I add you have to use this product daily to really see results. For me it was about 4-5 months before my scalp was not showing! I continue to use it because of the way my hair looks and feels. Sorry for the long answer but this product worked miracles for my hair loss situation.
