I have given these as gifts for years, and know of their quality.The garden is going to be planted up this year (a lockdown silver lining), and finally I have an excuse to treat myself to one.Heads Up: They all sound quite beautiful no mater which you choose, but it's wise to listen to the different options available. Visit the brand's website. They have put up audio of all the options, and it's the quickest way to compare them all. Polaris, Mars, Neptune etc.I selected Polaris. It sounds kind of magical :)

I have been searching for a wind chime for months and was concerned about buying online as it is sound more than looks that count. I decided to try Polaris in the Encore range as I loved the idea of it being part of a range of chimes tuned to be harmonic.The chimes took less than a minute to hang and they appear to be very well made, having a classy appearance. But best of all is the sound - so pure and soothing. They are also terrific value for money - half the price of inferior chimes that I have seen in garden centres.The pitch is high and the five chimes really do sound harmonious together. I notice there is also Gregorian range available - I assume these are bigger chimes that give out deeper notes.I am already planning where in the garden I can hang more chimes in the same range so the garden is a veritable ensemble of peace and harmony.

Still hanging strong since last summer, beautiful sound and no rust.But the wood is not treated and its weathering badly. So it may be a case of varnishing the wood because I can not see these pieces lasting for years to come.

We had purchased the Polaris wind chimes last year and were very pleased with them, so decided to buy some for Mum for her birthday, she is delighted with them and the beautiful sounds they make whilst she is sitting outside in the garden

I ordered these as a gift for my sister at xmas, as i had a set already, although mines are the next size up, which i wrongly assumed these were. It's easy to get mixed up. The next size has 6 chimes and is overall larger and produces a fuller tone obviously, and i feel that size is the best all-round,not too big and a delightful sound. Of course all of these woodstock chimes sound great and i doubt i'd buy any other type having discovered them.

Having heard a lot of windchimes around and about, I am impressed with this one. Although you can get cheaper windchimes out there, with this, it is very much 'you get what you pay for'. These are simply musical compared to other chimes. They don't sound tinny at all.This is the second one I have bought (for a present), the 1st having been bought about 2 years ago. The 2 year old one is still in good condition despite having been left out in the last 2 severe winters. The only sign of wear is on the 'equator' of the ball where it strikes the chime.Over all very impressed.

Really love this. I hate the cheap ones with the tinny sound but these are pure quality!I have this hanging inside my bedroom window and when the windows are slightly open, the breeze makes the chimes gently tinkle which is so soothing.Indoors near a window is perfect as I don't annoy my neighbours but I get the relaxing sound.The company website has all the chimes that you can listen to so you can choose the right size but most importantly, the sound that pleases you most.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I researched carefully to check the size, material and sound and got exactly what I thought I would be getting.
